You will be responsible for production of daily P & L and risks for a range of trading desks using Multi-Credit Derivatives, including review of complex deals and reserves calculations - improvement/streamline of current processes. 6. Director of Equity Finance Product Control

The Head Cash Equities is responsible for the functioning of the London based Product Control team. This Director's position will also be expected to co-ordinate with staff based in New York and Asia Pacific to ensure that best practice is adopted in Product Control across the globe and that revenues and balance sheet exposures are correctly accounted and adequately marked. With the consolidation of the reporting for these groups, as well as the requirement for Product Control to focus on balance sheet exposures as well as P&L, the opportunity has now arisen for a Director to join and head the team. This high profile team is the Controlling team that supports the Structured Credit Trading Desk. The desk trades mainly Asset Swap packages but the total product range is wide ranging including credit default swaps and more exotic interest rate derivatives. Primary responsibility is to produce risk and P&L for the trading desk, substantiate these numbers and explain them to both traders and controlling managers. This involves sensitivity analysis, New Deal P&L review and trade specific valuation/attribution analysis. BAC is often the key contact for a variety of departments (eg IT, Risk Management) hence there is interaction across all areas of the bank. The BAC also assists the Financial Controller in reconciling the G/L at month end.
